Ralph Hirsch Esq., Director
Ralph is an Attorney, having graduated from Suffolk University Law School in the previous century, after an undergraduate career, distinguished primarily by the number of colleges he attended (Pratt Institute, Seton Hall University, Bard College and Suffolk University as well as running a dormitory at Tufts University while in Law School) before getting his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Thus, his secondary school experience has provided him with a multifaceted understanding of the needs and challenges of college students and the institutions they attend. Ralph has spent his 40+ law career working with established and start-up computer and technology companies as both inside and outside counsel. Amongst said engagement, he served as general counsel to Concord Data Systems, one of the original networking companies in the late 80's, and Sycamore Networks where he took the role of outside counsel, helping the company with their Initial Public Offering (IPO) in October 1999. His current outside of work interests are dominated by his two grandchildren and his love for fast cars, which he collects with passion, cars that is.
